Cheesy Bean Dip

2 cans refried beans, fat free
8 oz. Mexican cheese blend, shredded
1 1/2 C. salsa, any variety
1/4 medium onion, finely minced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 small bunch cilantro, for garnish

Preheat oven to 425.

In a oven safe dish, combine beans, cheese, salsa, onion, and garlic. Mix until well combined.
Top with additional cheese, if desired.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until mixture is heated through and cheese on top has melted.

Serve hot with tortilla or corn chips.

Serves: 8-10
