Smoky Southwestern Dip

16 oz. light sour cream
4 oz fat free cream cheese, softened
1 each orange and red bell pepper, roasted
1 clove garlic, roasted and crushed
1/2 medium red onion
4-6 sun dried tomatoes, rinsed
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2-3 dashes Tabasco

Finely chop onion, peppers, and sun dried tomatoes. Mix well sour cream and cream cheese. Stir in all ingredients except salt and pepper. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Yields = 10-14 servings
Top with green onion or shredded cheese before serving, if desired.
