Dijon Marinade

4 T. Dijon mustard ($.15)
2 T. garlic infused olive oil ($.15)
2 T. white wine ($.10)
1 tsp. white pepper ($.05)
2 tsp. lemon juice ($.05)
pinch of salt

Whisk together all ingredients.

Cost: $.50
Use on chicken, pork, root veggies, or fish.

Marinade chicken or root veggies for 2 hours, marinade pork overnight, 15-30 minutes for fish.

Yields enough marinade for 2 lbs. meat.
