Smoky Salt

1/8 C. iodized salt ($.15)
1 T. cumin ($.10)
1/8 tsp. cayenne, optional ($.05)
1 tsp. ground white pepper ($.05)

Combine well all ingredients, store in a sealed spice jar.
Salt blend will keep for up to 6 months.

Yield = 1 batch
