Tostadas: Meatless

16 oz. can refried beans, fat free ($.65)
2 1/4 C. salsa, divided - any variety ($.60)
1/4 medium yellow onion, minced ($.05)
1/4 head lettuce, any variety ($.20)
1 1/2 C. shredded cheese (any blend) ($.70)
1 avocado ($.69)
1 lime ($.05)
salt to taste ($.05)
1/4 C. chopped cilantro ($.20)
8 oz. container sour cream ($.79)
8 oz. can sliced black olive ($.75)*optional
12 tostadas ($.99)

In small container, mix 1/4 C. salsa to refried beans, heat through, mix well.
Remove avocado from skin/peel. Remove pit, and mash well, adding juice of 1 lime to keep from browning. Season with salt - to taste.

Shred lettuce very fine.

Top tostada with the fixings listed above.
Yields = 12 toastadas (4 servings)
