1/2 C. lemon juice concentrate ($.25)
1 1/2 C. sugar ($.25)
3 C. cold water (free)
1 1/2 C. ice, crushed (free)
2 nectarines, peeled and sliced very thin ($.39)
1 lemon, cut into thin slices ($.25)
2 T. honey, if desired ($.25)
Combine lemon juice concentrate, cold water, and sugar, mix well. Drizzle nectarines with honey, and all all remaining ingredients. Serve chilled.
Yields = 4-5 servings
