Grilled Jerk Chicken

2 T. jerk seasoning ($.20)
4 pieces bone-in chicken ($1.35)
1 T. olive oil ($.20)
2 T. lemon juice ($.15)

Rub chicken with jerk seasoning, drizzle with olive oil.

Grill over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning over once halfway through cooking. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.

Yields = 4 servings
Cost: $1.90 or $.48 per serving
