Double Chocolate Brownies

1 pkg. chocolate cake mix, any but devils food
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1/4 C. margarine or unsweetened applesauce
1/3 C. brown sugar
1/4 C. liquid coffee creamer or milk
2 tsp. vanilla or your favorite extract
1 C. each milk or semisweet chocolate and dark or white chocolate chips - use your favorite combination - minis and chunks work great too
1/4 C. powdered sugar, optional

Mix well all ingredients.

Preheat oven to 375.

Grease a 13x9" baking dish. Spread batter evenly into pan, top with additional chocolate if desired. Bake for 24-27 minutes. Cool and cut.

Dust with powdered sugar, optional

Yields = 24-35 brownies

Want a mocha twist? Substitute cold coffee for milk/coffee creamer!!
