Orange Cranberry Rum Bars

1 pkg. orange cake mix
2 eggs
1/4 C. unsweetened applesauce
1/3 C. brown sugar
2 T. molasses
1/4 C. orange juice
1 tsp. orange zest
1 1/2 tsp. rum extract
3/4 C. dried cranberries

In a large bowl, mix thoroughly all except cranberries, fold in cranberries.

Heat oven to 375. Grease a 13x9" baking pan.

Spread mixture evenly in prepared pan, mixture will be very thick.

Bake for 24-27 minutes.

Cool and cut.

Yield = 24-30 bars
