White Chocolate Mocha Bars

1 pkg. classic white cake mix
2 eggs
1/4 C. unsweetened applesauce
1/3 C. brown sugar
1/4 C. white chocolate mocha coffee creamer
1 tsp. coffee extract
1 C. white chocolate chips, divided (2/3 C. and 1/3 C.)

In a large mixing bowl, oombine all ingredients except the chips. Stir in 2/3 C. of chips into well-mixed batter.

Spread evenly in a greased 13x9" baking dish, top with remaining chips. Bake at 375 for 24-26 minutes.

Cool and cut. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Yields = 24 bars.
