White Chocolate Mint Bars

1 pkg. white cake mix
2 eggs
1/4 C. unsweetened applesauce
1/4 C. milk
1/3 C. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. mint extract
1/2 tsp. chocolate extract
1 pkg. white chocolate pudding mix
1/2 C. white chocolate chips

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Mixture will be thick.
Spread evenly into a 13x9" baking dish and bake at 375 for 24-26 minutes.

Cool, cut, and dust with powdered sugar. if desired.

Yields = 24-28 bars
