Chunky Cheddar, Bacon, and Chive Dip

1/3 C. finely shredded cheddar cheese
12 oz. sour cream, reduced fat
2 T. dried chives
1 tsp. each garlic and onion powder
6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped (turkey bacon works fine, too)
1/4 C. green onion, finely chopped

Combine all ingredients except green onion, mix well. Top with green onion just before serving.

Serve with:

Unbuttered toast triangles
Tortilla or potato chips

Yields = 12-18 servings
