Autumn Salad

I love that flavors of fall, and sometimes need a salad hearty enough to stand up to them. Here's just the salad!

1 heart of romaine, torn into bite sized pieces
1/3 C. dried cranberries
1/4 C. toasted walnuts
1/4 head of purple cabbage, shredded
1/2 C. shredded carrot
1/8 C. black olives, sliced (optional)
1/4 C. shredded sharp cheddar

Toss all ingredients together. Chill.

Yields - 8-12 servings
