Havana Dip with Lime

Looking for a flavorful twist on a creamy dip for veggies, chips, crackers, etc.? Give this one a try!

1 16 oz. container light sour cream
2-3 limes, zested
1 small orange bell pepper, diced fine
1 small bunch cilantro, chopped fine
2-3 T. minced onion
2-3 T. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
dash of cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper

Mix well all ingredients. Store in an airtight container, refrigerate. Let set 24 hours before serving.

Optional: top with thinly sliced green onions to taste.

Yield = 24-36 servings
