Sweet and Tangy Baked Pork Chops

4-6 bone-in pork chops
2 medium golden or red delicious apples, cored, and thin sliced
2 bell peppers, red and orange - thin sliced
1/4 small red onion, thin sliced

Place all ingredients in a 13x9" baking dish.
Bake at 325 for 45-50 minutes or til chops are cooked through and fruit/veggies are very tender.

Serve with rice or over fried rice.
Yield = 4-6 servings
