Romaine & Cilantro Crunch Salad

1 bunch Romaine lettuce, chopped/torn into bite sized pieces
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 C. crumbled cheddar cheese, the sharper the better
1/4 C. black olives, sliced
1/4 medium orange bell pepper, julienned
1/3 C. almonds, sliced

Toss together all ingredients. Serve with favorite salad dressings.
