1 pkg. sugar cookie mix, prepared as directed.
1 tsp. rum extract
1/2 C. pecans, finely chopped
3/4 C. peach preserves
Into prepared cookie dough, add extract - stir well. Drop by rounded spoonful onto cookie sheet, making an indentation in the ceter of each cookie. Fill with peach preserves and top with peacans.
Bake as directed on the cookie mix package.
Yield: 18-22 cookies
