Blueberry Blonde Brownies

1 box white cake mix
2 eggs, minus 1 yolk
1/4 C. each water and unsweetened applesauce (or margarine)
1/2 C. brown sugar
1 tsp. brandy extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 C. blueberries
1/2 C. white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 13x9" baking dish.

Mix well cake mix, eggs, brown sugar, unsweetened applesauce, water and extracts. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread evenly into pan. Top with additional white chocolate chips, if desired.

Bake for 24-26 minutes. Cool and cut.

Yield: 24-36 bars
