Chicken Tetrazzini

2 cooked chicken breasts - diced
1/2 tsp each garlic and onion powder
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1 4 oz. can mushrooms
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 C. milk
1/4 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
3 T. parmesan cheese (optional topping)
1 lb. cooked pasta (thin spaghetti, or fettucini)

In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except parmesan. Top with parmesan, optional.

Microwave on high for 15 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbly.
Serve with salad and french bread.
